As I was driving  my daughter to playschool I saw hundreds of gulls resting on a rolling incoming
 tide opposite Derby Castle along the northern end of Douglas Promenade. The birds obligingly
waited until I completed the playschool drop-off  and returned to record some images ~ Early May 2004
